You will be provided software (if needed) for you items in one of the following ways
* Software will be shipping with item
* Download link from the manufacturers site
* Our own download link
* Download link from 3rd Party Site
* By E-Mail

Software may come in .ISO format.
This is a CD-IMAGE.  You will require a CD-Writer in your computer and a blank disc and may write the image file with the following free program.

Software Updates
Software updates will be provided based on the item and product specifications.
We do not make the updates.  The manufacturer will determine when new updates are released.

Firmware Updates
Some devices have internal firmware that can be updates. Firmware updates will be provided based on the item and product specifications.
We do not make the firmware.  The manufacturer will determine when new updates are released.

Software and Firmware updates will be provided in one of the following ways
