Tracked DHL Air shipping from China to USA or Canada is $22 per first 500grams (0.5kg) and $10 per each aditional 500g (0.5kg).

Location of Product
ResetTools provides direct to customer shipping from warehouse locations worldwide.  Most often ResetTools.com will choose to ship product to you direct from a warehouse in the manufacturers' Country.  This offers you serveral advantages as you will always receive the latest revision of the product.  Please note most products are direct shipped from CHINA and always have the latest firmware and hardware revisions.

Most products are manufacturerd in China you may be shipping from several depot locations worldwide including: China, Japan, United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany and France.

Premum and No Service Areas
Some countries DHL charges a premium to remote locations or can not deliver.  We reserve the right to exchange shupping companies to UPS, TNT, FEDEX or other fast air tracked service to such addresses.

Stocking Policy
Our website calculated if the product is in stock based on inventory.  In some cases it is possible that a product marked as in stock may not be available immediately due to, software update are being applied to inventory, error in inventory tracking or revision changes.

Manufacturer Lead Times
When a product is in shortage or going through a revision change the manufacturer quotes us a lead or availability time.  If you order a product to guarantee your placement upon production we can not guarantee the lead time date to be accurate in all cases.  If the availability date changes considerably after ordering you will have the option to cancel and refund or exchange your order.

Duty
It is our responsibility to provide paperwork for all product to the courier.  Doing so will prevents holds, returns, additional fees, or other complications entering the destination country.  Products are usually undervalued for shipping in order to reduce the insured amount and minimize shipping costs.  Should the product be valued lower it will be your resposibility to remit any outstanding amounts to your local government.  It is the buyers responability to pay any resultant duties or brokerage fees.
