The Chinese New Years holidays have started.
Major Delays are expected in order processing and shipping until Feb 8, 2011.
This is a Public Holiday and delays will happen and wish all affected staff a great holiday.
Our competition has recently been attacking us with over 500,000 email inquiries in attempt to overload the email server. They have also used other methods to attempt disrupt our customer service and sent many advertisments out from PUBLIC email servers pretending to be us. We don't send spam email to anyone. Our webstaff have blocked the methods used and have taken action against the responsible person(s). We appologize if we have any missed emails. The webstore is hacker tested and remained seecure during all hack attempts. We look forward to returning to our regular service levels shortly as we have been working overtime.
Please include a company name in orders if possible as DHL is restricting personnal shipments to many locations. In the case DHL will not accept your package we will exchange to and equivelant courier immediately.

From September 22nd to 24th some of our staff observe the "Mid-autumn Day" holiday. Unfortunately DHL is also slow to update and process. Enjoy your mooncake and we are working hard to keep everything on schedule.
